1. The service and these terms
These terms govern Naiko Poker and its website, operated by Debugeo in Colombia. For questions about these terms or your data, contact privacidad@debugeo.com and include “Naiko Poker” in the subject.
Using the service means accepting these terms, without waiving rights that cannot legally be waived. Our privacy policy explains data processing; accepting these terms does not itself authorise advertising tracking.
2. Age and access
You must meet the minimum age and restrictions of Naiko’s rating in your store and country, as well as local legal requirements. Simulated poker can receive different ratings across regions and platforms. Do not misrepresent your age or bypass access controls.
Where the rating and law allow access below the legal age of majority, you need a parent or guardian’s authorisation when required, including for purchases. Adult permission does not override a store or legal restriction. Naiko is not directed at children.
3. Chips and virtual content
Chips and other virtual items are a limited licence to use digital content within Naiko. You can obtain them through rewards, gameplay, available rewarded ads or in-app purchases.
Although buying chips costs real money, chips have no cash redemption value: they cannot be withdrawn, resold or exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, goods or prizes of real-world value. Naiko does not hold deposits or pay gambling winnings. Any permitted gifts remain internal transfers of virtual content.
Game outcomes can increase or reduce your chips according to the rules. We do not guarantee wins or that playing Naiko will improve your results in real-money games. We do not offer a way to earn income.
4. Purchases and refunds
Available purchases display their price and contents before confirmation. Apple or Google processes payment and RevenueCat may help verify entitlements. Content is delivered after purchase verification. Do not share passwords or full payment card details with support.
If a subscription is offered, the purchase screen must state its duration, price and renewal terms. Manage renewal and cancellation with the store where it was purchased. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Request refunds through the relevant store, subject to its procedures and your legal consumer rights. Non-redeemable chips do not remove a legal right to complain about faulty or undelivered purchases. Purchasing is always optional.
5. Rewarded advertising
You may choose to watch ads for the chips or rewards shown in the game. Availability depends on the provider, region and privacy choices. Rewards require meeting the displayed conditions and receiving provider confirmation; the same ad does not grant a reward twice.
Ads are third-party services. Do not automate ad viewing, manipulate verification or repeat requests to obtain improper rewards. If a confirmed reward is missing, you can request a review.
6. Online games and automated opponents
The server determines valid actions, cards, turns and chip movements. An Internet connection is required. Disconnections can trigger timeout actions or a missed turn under the table rules.
Tables may include automated opponents to fill seats. We do not claim all participants are people. Bots do not access other players’ private cards or change strength based on your purchases; purchases do not alter dealing probabilities.
We may perform maintenance, fix errors and adjust content. Where possible, we will communicate significant interruptions. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed; legal rights relating to purchased content remain in force.
7. Account and conduct
The initial account is anonymous. Keep your access details and available player identifier or code; we cannot promise recovery of an account we cannot identify or verify.
Harassment, impersonation, exploiting bugs, manipulating clients or balances, using external bots, colluding to alter games and trading accounts or chips outside authorised features are prohibited. Naiko must not be used to organise real-money wagers or prizes.
We may restrict or suspend an account to stop abuse and review incorrect transactions. You can contact us for the reason and request a review. These actions do not remove privacy or complaint rights.
8. Stopping play and deleting your account
You can stop using Naiko and request account deletion through the deletion page. We need to identify and verify the account. We will communicate the outcome and any information that must be retained for a specific legal reason.
Deletion may remove access to progress, chips and inventory. It does not convert virtual items into cash or cancel purchases or subscriptions with a store. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete server data.
9. Ownership and consumer rights
Naiko’s brand, art, audio, software and other content belong to Debugeo or their respective owners. You receive limited personal permission to use the game under these terms. Third-party component licences remain applicable.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties or limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You retain mandatory rights in your place of residence. Purchase errors and disputes may be raised through the store and competent authorities.
10. Changes, law and contact
We will publish changes to these terms with their date and communicate material changes where required. Changes do not remove acquired rights or apply retrospectively where prohibited by law.
Colombian law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer or data protection rights in your country. We will try to resolve queries through our contact channels; this clause does not require you to waive your competent authority or court.
