What to include in your message
These details help us find your case faster.
Don’t include passwords, verification codes or full card details: we don’t need them to help you.
- Your friend code: you’ll find it in Friends, under “Your friend code”.
- Your device and OS version, for example “iPhone, iOS 26” or “Pixel, Android 15”.
- The language you use the app in.
- What happened, when, and what you were doing. A screenshot helps.
- For a purchase: the date and the order number Apple or Google sent you.
Do chips have real value?
No. Chips are virtual content for playing in Naiko. You can buy them or earn them by playing, through rewards and optional videos, but they can’t be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money, goods or prizes of real value.
I changed devices or can’t see a purchase
Your chips and delivered purchases are stored in your Naiko account: sign in with it on the new device.
If a purchase is missing, open the in-game store and tap “Restore purchases” using the same Apple or Google account you paid with.
I paid but didn’t receive my purchase
If the store confirmed the payment, the app shows it and delivers the purchase as soon as you’re back online; it also retries when you open the in-game store. A purchase awaiting approval is delivered once the store confirms it.
If it still doesn’t appear, email us with your friend code, the date and the Apple or Google order number. Refunds are requested from the store where you bought.
How do I save my progress?
If you play as a guest, your progress only lives on that device. Open Settings → Account, choose “Save progress” and link it to Apple, Google or your email, depending on the options on your device.
On another device, sign in with “I have an account”. If you sign in to an existing account, the guest progress on that device isn’t transferred.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → “Delete account”. Your profile, nickname, friends and sign-in are deleted, and you lose your chips, coupons, cosmetics and purchases. This can’t be undone.
If you no longer have the app, you can request it by email from the website. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store subscription.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Videos are optional: you only watch one if you choose a reward. Availability depends on your region and the ad provider.
If your region requires consent, you can review or change it in Settings → “Ad privacy”.
Where can I learn to play?
The guide explains rounds, actions, Destellos and powers with examples. The rules cover blinds, all-in, side pots, ties and table formats.
Is Naiko a gambling game?
No. Naiko is entertainment: simulated poker with virtual chips, with no real-money betting and no prizes. Winning in Naiko doesn’t mean winning at real-money games.
Play at your own pace and take breaks. Not buying is always an option.
